This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.
If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using our Service, I may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that I request - your timestamp lists, their descriptions, locations (if you enable location tracking), and app settings - is retained on your device only and is not collected by me in any way. This app does not require an account and has no server-side database of user content.

Analytics
This app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to collect anonymous usage data. This helps me understand how the app is used and improve the Service. The data collected may include: app interactions and feature usage, device type and operating system version, and general location (country/region). This data is anonymized and does not personally identify you. All data is encrypted in transit and is shared with Google for analytics processing. You can learn more about how Google uses this data at Google's partner sites policy.
Advertising (AdMob)
This app shows optional rewarded video ads (to unlock additional free timestamps) via Google AdMob. For users in the EEA/UK, ads are only personalized after you've given consent through the in-app consent form; otherwise non-personalized ads are shown. AdMob may collect information such as advertising identifiers, device information, and approximate location to select and measure ads. You can review or change your ad consent choices at any time from the About screen > "Privacy & Ad Choices".
Crash Reporting
This app uses Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and diagnostic data when the app encounters an error. This helps me identify and fix issues to improve app stability. The data collected may include: crash logs and stack traces, device state at time of crash (memory usage, battery level, device orientation), device type, operating system version, and app version. This data is used solely for debugging and improving the Service. Crash data is encrypted in transit and shared with Google for processing. No personally identifiable information is intentionally collected through crash reports.
In-App Purchases
Premium features (removing ads, unlocking additional lists and themes) can be purchased through Google Play Billing. Purchase processing (payment details, order identifiers) is handled entirely by Google Play; I only receive and store, locally on your device, the Google Play order ID associated with your purchase, used to identify your purchase if you contact me for support or a refund.
Voice Input
If you use the optional voice-input feature to dictate a timestamp description, the app requests microphone permission and uses your device's built-in Android speech recognizer to convert speech to text. Audio is processed by the operating system's speech recognition service (which, depending on your device and settings, may process audio on-device or send it to Google for transcription) - this app does not itself record, store, or transmit your voice audio. Only a true/false "voice input was used" flag (no audio or transcript) is included in the anonymous analytics event described above.
Location Data
If you enable location tracking for a list, the app records your device's coordinates (via Android's built-in location services) alongside each timestamp you create in that list, so you can later open it in your map app of choice. This is optional and stays on your device only - it is never sent to me or to any third party. You can turn it off anytime from the timestamp screen, or revoke the permission in your device's system settings.
Data Retention
Timestamp lists, descriptions, recorded locations, and settings remain on your device until you delete them (by clearing individual lists within the app, or by uninstalling the app, which removes all app data immediately) - I do not hold a copy anywhere else. Analytics data collected via Google Analytics for Firebase is retained by Google for up to 14 months before being automatically deleted. Crash diagnostic data is retained by Firebase Crashlytics per Google's standard retention policy.
International Data Transfers
Google processes analytics, crash, and advertising data (described above) on servers located outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where this occurs, Google relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and other approved safeguards as the legal basis for such transfers.

Because this app has no user accounts or server-side database, most of your data (lists, timestamps, settings) exists only on your device and is fully within your control through the app's own delete options or by uninstalling it. To exercise rights over data held by Google on my behalf (analytics, crash, or advertising data), or for any other privacy/GDPR request, use the "Contact for a privacy/GDPR request" option in the app's About screen, or email me directly at the address below - I will assist as required by law.
Log Data
I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Device and Advertising Identifiers
This is a native mobile app and does not use browser cookies. Instead, the third-party services described above (Google Analytics for Firebase, Crashlytics, AdMob) may use your device's advertising identifier or similar SDK-level identifiers to recognize your device and measure app usage or ad performance. You can reset or limit your device's advertising identifier at any time in your Android system settings, and you can control ad personalization consent from this app's About screen > "Privacy & ad choices".

This Service is not directed at children and I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. In the United States, this means children under 13 (per the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, COPPA). Under the GDPR, where a child's own consent would be the legal basis for processing (such as the analytics/advertising consent described above), that consent is only valid from age 16, or a lower age (no younger than 13) set by your EU member state's law - if you are below that age, please only use this app with a parent or guardian's involvement. If I discover that a child has provided me with personal information without appropriate consent, I will delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through this Service, please contact me so I can take appropriate action.
